When I saw this casters (2x4 rectangles) in the shape of our recliner legs I was so happy. We have a rocker recliner that all the grandkids love to sit in and ride. However, we were using the free square carpet samples from a big box store to protect the floor from scratches. This idea was not working because the kids rode this recliner like a horse. lol
Mahalo for your brilliant idea and product. They can keep rocking and now I don't need to worry about scratching my wood floors.
I recently decided to get rid of all the carpet in my house and get wood. Not wanting to scratch the wood I put furniture sliders under everything and I mean everything. Most of the items need sliders like the couches so you can move them and it’s easy to clean under them and regular furniture.. but my bed was not one of them. I say this, because every time I sat on the bed and moved away from the wall. Every time my dog jumped on the bed. It always moved around. The sliders worked too well….. I needed the bed to stop sliding all over the place but I also needed it to not scratch the floor… THIS was the solution. It was very easy to install. You just put it underneath the bed posts… incredible deal the value was excellent and it’s very versatile as you can put it anywhere. I’m actually upset that I didn’t think of this
I wish I had known about this product earlier. I wasn't sure these would work, but they really do! I have 70 year old hardwood floors which were beautifully refinished a few years back. I noticed the standard plastic casters that come with just about any regular mattress were gradually wearing on the floor finish. I saw these on Amazon. The only thing I would suggest is a sizing guide in the product description. I bought the 2" square size which barely fit a standard retail mattress frame. If I was ordering these again, I would probably go with the 3" square size. Either way, I and my hardwood floors are relieved to have these.
My new recliner would slide back whenever I would get up. When I discovered these casters I just knew it was what I needed. My recliner hasn't budged ever since I put them under my recliner. I love that I can't see them either. They don't take anything away from the beauty of my furniture.
I am a piano teacher with Danish Modern furniture from the 1960’s in my studio. The lightweight sofas were scooting across the hardwood floors every time my students sat down, resulting in damage to the wall over time. I purchased the rectangular shaped grips to accommodate my unusual legs but realized they would work better if altered to be smaller. We used a hacksaw and utility knife to cut and notch the grips to fit our legs precisely. Problem solved after decades of enduring the nuisance. HOORAY!
We have a very heavy solid oak kitchen table and just had our kitchen flooring replaced with vinyl. I notice indents in the flooring after the first day so we needed to get protection. The table legs are rectangle in size and measure 3 1/2 in long and 1 3/4 in wide. We settled on these casters and are happy with the outcome. We were able to trim them down to the perfect size without the material falling apart and its keeping our floors protected from indentation and scratches. I would recommend these to anyone.
Theses work great and stop furniture from sliding however it really depends on the leg of your furniture. My old couch did not budge but my new one slides across the top of it a bit. The pad however doesn’t move if you use it correctly
These caps fit perfectly over my steel dining room furniture. When I had carpeting, the dining room table left rust spots on the carpet. With the carpet gone, the caps keep my table legs from denting my floors. I love 'em.
I have wood floors and my sofa now stays where it belongs. No more movement when someone sits or my dogs jump on the couch. Yay!

Exactly perfect!
1. Too shallow to hold wheels of my sofa which just ran straight out of them.
2. FALSE CLAIM No anti- sliding floor grip, they did not grip my tile floor at all. Ridges 1mm deep.
3. Made the movement of sitting down on the sofa more hazardous then previously.
Am returning the producT
MY ADVICE IS DON'T BUY IF YOU HAVE A TILED FLOOR
