I bought covers for a sofa, 2 chairs and a table 2 1/2 years ago because of the positive reviews. I am really glad I chose these. Actually I bought a set for 2 outside areas, one that is shaded and one in the direct Las Vegas morning sun. I just noticed the one in direct sun needs replacing but the shaded one is fine. Nothing lasts long here, but I think 2.5 years is pretty good.

Anyway, one of the reasons I'm happy I chose these is because they are still for sale here! This takes out a lot of work trying to find different ones. All I had to do was reorder!!

We are talking quality! From the moment I unfolded and installed the sofa and chair covers, I was genuinely pleased. They are well made, attractive and fit perfectly. My sofa is 79" with five inch thick cushions. They are easy to install and secure in place with adjustable cords and plastic click-buckles. The water-resistance is demonstrated by water beading up and running off the cover, while the cushions underneath stay perfectly dry. It's been raining for 2 days now and the underneath parts are 100% dry. The contrasting stripe toward the bottom is vented and not waterproof, but it's low enough to not allow water to touch the cushions. I cannot comment about the PVC coating reacting with the paint on the furniture because I have cut pool noodles to protect the painted parts on which the covers make contact. (I had a major problem in the past with a different company whose covers BONDED to the surface of the painted parts. What a disaster. At least this company warns that it might be a problem.) They do sell a product to elevate the cover above painted parts, but pool noodles are cheap and effective! Overall, these are attractive and seem to do the job. I guess my only concern is keeping them looking clean. They are NOT to be put in the washer, and the manufacturer recommends surface cleaning with mild soap and water so as not to destroy the waterproof coating. But Im not going to take off a star for that! I will try to remember to review them next spring, after they have weathered in all seasons. There is a 2-year warranty from the manufacturer. That inspires confidence. Very pleased.

I bought 5 covers for outside lawn furniture and they protect very well. These covers resisted Rain, snow , wind . Good stuff.

Now at the end of my 6th summer with a sofa and 2 chair covers, I am replacing my sofa cover since it is no longer waterproof. My covers are outside all summer (Michigan) and stored inside during the winter. They are durable and I consider 6 years to be reasonably long lasting. I have never washed them with soap for fear of removing the waterproofing but they get rained on a lot. Hopefully I will get 6 years out of the next one.

Update: I am sending this back because it didn’t even rain and the dew soaked right through. I am reordering the same one to see if that was just a fluke. Crossing my fingers.

I bought a whole set of Duck Covers for my new outdoor furniture. The waterproofing is fantastic! Heavy rain multiple days and my cushions were bone dry. The covers are thick and easy to put on. They have great straps to secure them, too. Only one negative, after just three weeks in the sun, the color is fading. I would still buy again if I get more furniture because I take them off when people come over so I really only care about the protective aspects.

First off we only have our patio furniture and covers out during the summer (late May- Late Sept). We store our furniture indoors during the off-season, so we take good care of our items.

The beginning of the first season the product protected our furniture well however towards the end of the first season (approx 3 months) the product was very discoloured due to the sun. We were fine with the discolouration as long as the covered protected our furniture.

The second summer season we got 2 large tears in 2 separate covers which was disappointing.

I didn’t think to check the warranty until my mother in law suggested it and I missed it by 2 months which is very disappointing :(

I ordered two of these. One was perfect, id 100% recommend it, the other one was leaking from one of the seams and the one that was leaking from the seams didn't make the winter it ripped. So i must of got a defective one. Wasn't sure where to contact for warranty on amazons website for the leaking seam.

But other then than that is base a perfect fit for my sofas

Ive bought 2 of these in different sizes for outdoor couches, they are fine at first but in both instances after about 9 months the fabric seemed to weaken from exposure to rain/sun and the corner of the couch armrest ripped through the fabric when putting it on or removing it. So both covers now have a big gash on them where they rest against the corner of the armrests. The couch armrest is not particularly sharp, its just a wooden furniture corner.
