We bought this cover just over a year ago and was doing great until this year we realized how brittle it was after some sun and rain in socal. Now it is ripping and ready to rip wherever a corner of the furniture touches because it's brittle. We tried contacting the vendor through amazon since there's no direct contact info...we'll see if they respond. Our previous one from another brand lasted over 5 years so we may have to go back to that if they don't come through with the warranty.

*Update: The vendor has responded to this issue and has since given me a full refund for the item. I'll update my review since the customer service was very good, prompt and courteous. Hopefully the cover works for others, but at least you know the company will back it up.

I was very pleased with this cover until it unexpectedly ripped and became brittle in less than 1 year. It began to tear with the gentlest movement. The vendor was very responsive and stood by their warranty and offered a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement and received it much faster than anticipated.

I had my cover rip within 2 years of purchase. Attempted to contact manufacturer about warranty claim several times to no avail. Manufacturer eventually reached out to me and provided me with a full refund of the ripped cover. I already purchased a second cover as these covers are better than any others I have been able to find at this price point.

This cover exceeded my expectations. I thought it was gonna be another flimsy Amazon product, but this cover is heavy duty, fits our furniture, and has kept our patio furniture dry since we got it - and we live in the PNW! So far it’s been great!

It is a good material. Not flimsy. It stays on the furniture even in high winds.
