It’s definitely not the best thing I’ve ever sat on but for the price it’s pretty great. The size is perfect for my smaller house and the color is exactly how it looks in the picture

It's nice that it came in a box, which is the reason I opted for it. I don't have a truck to pick up large furniture, so this made sense for me. It's a relatively attractive couch and I like its firmness. The main complaint I have is that the back cushions get mangled and squished looking so easily. I have to fluff them back up practically every day. It's more of an "it'll do for now" couch than a long-term couch.
You wouldn't want to put this in a room away from the wall because it has flaps in the back that wouldn't look great but overall, not bad for my office.
It's an okay sofa for now, if I get a solid year out of it I'll be happy. I needed something that could fit through my doorway and wasn't too expensive until I can move to another place and get a sofa of better quality. It went together easy, that's a plus. The blue is a lot darker than the picture, more of a midnight navy kinda color. It's not soft to sit on and the material isn't soft either. It's also very shallow, you won't kick back and relax on this thing. I don't think it would hold up too well for a family with young children. It makes popping and squeaking noises that cause me concern when I push myself up by using the arms or push myself back into the cushion. The size is good for my living room, but a larger couch would definitely look better. I think the ideal use would be a den or a small sunroom. I noticed in a lot of the pictures one of the cushions isn't as thick as the other and that is the case. One comes compressed and doesn't fully expand and the other comes full size and ready to go. The darker color hides this a bit...a bit. Not really disappointed in the purchase but definitely not thrilled. It's what I expected.
I really wish I could give this couch 5 stars, but after a few months of use, it has had some downsides.

First, the positive aspects:

It got here fast and was easy to put together. My husband and I had it up and in place in less than an hour. We read some previous reviews and had the covers ready for the cushions before they expanded all the way. I can see it causing you issues if you let the cushions "inflate" all the way before putting them in the covers.

This couch is also relatively shallow, but that's what we wanted in or house and looked for while shopping. My husband is 5'7" and I'm 5'4", and we've actually had a really hard time finding a couch that fits our smaller frames. This couch, however, is perfect for us.

We both also have lower back problems, and this couch has actually helped us a lot. There's not enough room to lean back in it too far, so it forces us both to have better posture. We've both experienced fewer back problems since purchasing this couch.

If you are taller or want a couch you can really lounge on, this might not be the couch for you. It is relatively small, especially compared to the giant couches you find in furniture stores.

Now the negatives:

The back of the couch looks terrible. The Velcro doesn't go down all the way on the sides, so the fabric isn't secure all the way down. If this part of our couch showed, I would tack it down or put more Velcro on the back, but ours is against a wall. It is, however, a pretty cheap couch, so I had anticipated a few lower quality aspects.

It also had a very strong smell when it arrived. We opened the windows, and this smell went away in less than 24 hours. It just smells like a cheap, new pair of shoes. I would not put it together in a room with no ventilation. It would have been an awful 24 hours if we did not have a window in the living room.

After a few months of pretty heavy use, the bottom cushions are still really springy and the couch is not "dipping" anywhere in the seat area. However, the cushions you lean back against are a different story. They have gotten slouchier over the months, and we are constantly picking them up and trying to beat them back into shape.

However, I do have to say that the couch we had before this was a $900 couch, and it had the same problem after a few months, so I'm not sure this is an easily avoidable problem with any couch.

Last but not least, the biggest negative is that there seems to be a gap in the middle of one of our arm rests. The fabric is there, but there is no frame in one spot that is about 2x2 inches. This is only on one side, so I think this might just be a flaw in the couch we received. It does seem, however, that some other reviewers have had similar quality issues with this couch (screw holes in pieces not lining up during assembly, funky leg pieces, etc.) which leads me to believe that the construction of the couch itself is pretty cheap. This one issue isn't a huge deal, and the couch itself is still comfortable, but in the end I did give this couch 4 stars because this is a flaw (and one that my husband gripes about constantly).

In the end, I think this is a pretty good couch for the price. No, it's not a perfect couch, and you should probably expect a small defect or two if you order it, but it is pretty comfortable and sturdy for the price. We have had lots of people over since we got it who are so surprised at how cheap it was and that it came in a box from Amazon, so I take that as an indicator that this is a pretty good deal. The fabric is nice and so is the shape. If you think it will work for your purposes, I think it is worth taking the plunge.
Ships in a single box and is well...tetris-ed. Kind of heavy, but you can take the parts out and move them where they need to be. Easy for me to get the pieces upstairs without a helper! The feet and back pads are inside the seats.

Assembly consists of several hand screws and placing padding inside the seat fabric. Seat cushions are foam-wrapped springs and comfortable. Back cushions are all fiber fluff and harder to pack because of their shape; takes a while to get rid of lumps. Legs screw on easily -- no tools required.

If I had seen this loveseat in the store, I probably would have rejected it due to the fabric -- it's a bit rough. Maybe the fabric will soften up over time. Size is perfect for my small 14'x10' room. Seems sturdy enough compared to the other options at this price range. Speaking of price, this loveseat beat most options at local stores!

I don't regret this purchase. Wish the fabric was nicer. Great price, easy assembly, perfect size. Add a couple pillows and a throw blanket to complete it.
There were issues with it getting to us, but Amazon sent another when the first got lost in transit. Took 30 minutes for two people to build it. It feels solid, and looks great. For the price it is a great couch. I cannot say anything about durability, but after we use it for a while I can add more.
You know. It's really not bad. I wouldn't want it to be my seating for life but, if you're looking something quick for an apartment, for a basement etc then you're probably ok with this. I assembled it all myself, took me no more than an hour and that includes carrying the pieces one by one up a set of stairs (this comes in one gigantic box). I know see these are all manufactured by one particular company (they just carry the serta name) and you can find similar "sofas in a box" at other places with other names...they all appear to be made by the same company. Guess they've cornered the boxed sofa market!

It's bouncy, it helps if you have some kind of ottoman or table to rest your feet on it and, it won't win any style awards but, you know, I kind of like it. We will see how long it lasts.
I needed a couch that would be easy to move into my 22nd floor apartment without help, since I live alone. This fit the bill. The dimensions aren't super comfortable (I wish it was a little bit deeper and that the back cushions were a little firmer, among other things, but it's comfortable enough to sit on. Not sure if I'd recommend sleeping on it, although I have once or twice. The included pillows are pretty ugly, but I just donated them and used ones I already had.
Easy to set up. Came less than 2 days after ordering. Great quality for the money paid. Has stood up to the wear and tear of a large year old dog.
It's pretty awesome how they managed to fit an entire sofa into a fairly small box - probably the same box dimensions as a medium sized desktop printer. However, once you get past that novelty, you find that this sofa is tough to sit on if you're average height or taller (I'm 5'9"). You always feel like you're leaning forward and being pushed off it. I found one way to remedy this by removing the rear legs so it tilts back. Even then, the back rest is pretty short, straining your back. I don't want to have to modify my brand new sofa to make it comfortable.

I would only recommend this if you truly can't get any other furniture into your apartment, or if you're fairly small.
Arrives in a box weighing over 100lbs. I had to laugh as the love seat requires 30 minutes of assembly which includes vacuum sealed cushion, slip covers, six feet, and a few bolts. No tools required. Love seat isn't too deep, which results in sitting upright. Perhaps this love seat is good for your posture. Haha. Quality is alright. > $300 can't really complain.
