It’s definitely firm but that’s a good thing so it doesn’t wear out so fast. A little more yellow toned than I expected, but it is ivory. The size is perfect for what we need. I like to lay on the arm rest like pillows, they’re not as square as the picture. I don’t like that the back rest don’t feel super stable, but I don’t think it will break. The cushions do slide around, I just haven’t gotten around to putting Velcro to stop it. It’s good for a cheap couch.

Delivery was great, I got all my packages at the same time. It took me 1.5 hours to get it all together. It’s beautiful and comfy.

The only downfall: The back pillows are too thin for me.

Assembly was easy and it looks nice. My only problem would be the comfort. The cushions don't have much padding and tend to fall down very easily. We solved this by buying some comfty pillows and velcro to hold them in place.

Very easy to put together. Be prepared for a lot of trash! We went to Joanne’s Fabrics and purchased foam backing for the back pillows. Otherwise the couch is nice for the price.

Now we don’t have to fight over the chaise lounge! This couch was better than I expected and is a perfect fit for our living room. The material is soft and comfortable and the gray color goes with everything. High quality!

It took my granddaughter and I about an hour to put together. It’s comfortable and beautiful!
