My original sofa was not delivered to the correct address by FedEX. They took a blurry picture in front of a random stairwell. Took no accountability when I reached out to them. I then reached out to the seller and explained the situation with evidence to show it was never delivered to me. The seller sent me a replacement sofa to my new house. Communication with them was amazing. I hope they were able to file a claim through FedEx for the first sofa. Aside from that, I love it. It I didn’t have my laundry piled as I was writing this, I would take pictures but it is the perfect color. I see it as creamy beige. It matches my aesthetic and curtains. I also purchased the matching ottoman. This seller is amazing.

I don’t ever do reviews but I was very disappointed on the delivery! Delivery was terrible I had to drag the box to my apartment alone. I paid $99 delivery fee to have it delivered properly and didn’t get that. That was disappointing and would like my money back.

The couch is nice. I was scared but I like it so far. Easy to assemble, firm and comfortable. The only thing is I wish I waited until they brought the L shape because that was what I was looking for but wasn’t available during my purchase. But for the couch I give it 4/5 ⭐️ delivery is 0.

I've only had this couch for about a month and so far it's great! While I can't speak about the longevity yet I noticed many of the negative reviews are people putting the couch together incorrectly. If the couch looks like it's sinking you just have to flip the bottom piece over, additionally, all of the cushions were there, just some of them were in the the bottom of the couch legs. I had no issue with the setup and I find it comfortable for a $300 couch. I do hope it holds up because I really like it! I placed some different size pillows at the ends to add to the comfort, you could probably add some extra support to the back cushions but it's all about preference I'm really happy with it!

I received my Comfy Couch 3 seater sofa yesterday from Amazon. Firstly, I was amazed at how efficient it was packed!! Pretty amazing they shrink wrapped the cushions to fit inside the arm rests.. Not sure if they’ve changed the design recently or not but mine seems different then what I’ve read on these reviews or You Tube videos I’ve watched. The couch was already fully in tact with cleats on the sides. The arm rest panels had matching cleats that the directions indicated would slide down onto the couch portion. This is incorrect, the cleats were opposite, meaning the couch would have to be elevated and slid down on to the armrest not the other way around. Can’t do that with just two people, too awkward. 3 minimum, probably 4. Not because of weight, just too awkward to steady and align. So instead I reversed the cleats which allowed the armrest panel to slide down easily on the couch and secure. Problem solved?? Not so fast.. even though it was secure to the couch, only the middle of the couch is supported with a 2” round peg, the ends could still slide up and down on the cleat. There are no additional supports only the arm rest panel itself. I know this is confusing, but with my piece the two options are lift the whole couch up with 4 people (not shown) or reverse the cleats and block up the ends 2” with wood or bricks to keep it stable. I went with the blocks. Works fine, looks great. Overall happy, but turned into a project.

i was pleasantly surprised by this couch! it’s pretty comfortable, a good size, and super easy to assemble. you should definitely give the cushions some time to expand; i noticed that about three days after i set up the couch, the cushions had expanded on their own a lot more, which makes the couch look higher quality. would recommend!

Looking for couch for a while for a new townhouse, wanted comfort and affordability. Found this on a viral TikTok and was very pleased with the outcome. Matching set is super nice of the loveseat and three seater with the Ottoman. It has a nice soft texture of fabric that you are able to takeoff and wash - (huge plus) there’s velcro on the back of the cushion so you can make it more upright or more slouchy, speedy delivery, and assembly! My daughter bought a similar sofa from a different seller which I liked very much. Unfortunately, the sofa she purchased was no longer available when I tried to order one for myself. I found this sofa which appeared to be exactly the same but from a different seller. The sofa I received was NOTHING LIKE my daughter's. After several hours of assembly by 3 adults it was finally fully assembled. What I would not have known until the sofa was all the way assembled is that the CUSHIONS ARE VERY SQUISHY! They are vacuum-sealed for delivery and I waited a full 3 days for them to plump up....that never happened. I was anticipating they would be firm like the sofa my daughter purchased. I am in my 70's and I have health issues that make it difficult to get up from a seated position, so a firm cushion makes it much easier for me to get up. Of course, once the item was completely assembled, there's no returning it!! I have never purchased a piece of furniture from Amazon and this is exactly why. I have learned my lesson and now I'm stuck with a sofa that doesn't meet my needs.

We needed a new couch but weren’t ready to invest in a longer term, more expensive one. After lots of searching, took the plunge and bought this one. It arrived quickly and in one very large box. Assembly was super easy - it took the two of us maybe 30 minutes, and I probably could have even done it myself. The cushions do take a little bit to expand to their full size, but once they do, the end result is a very comfy couch!

The overall look is pretty nice - if inspected closely, you can tell it’s not a high end piece of furniture, but it still looks good. It seems pretty sturdy for its intended purpose, but if you have rowdy kids or like to jump on furniture yourself, I would look elsewhere, since the frame isn’t made from solid wood. The only issue we’ve had is with the chenille fabric not being a great choice with having a dog (his nails have snagged on it more than a few times), but that is more our fault than the couch. All in all, we are happy with the couch, especially for the price.
