This works nicely if you have a double sink, as you can position it over one sink while working in the other. When you don't need the whole thing, just fold it so it's half-width and you can still use the second sink and have a more narrow "shelf" above it. Or you can just roll it up and store it somewhere. I have a dishwasher so don't really need a big dish rack taking up counter space for just a few hand-washables, so this is really handy.
I have a wide sink with not a lot of counter space in my smaller apartment and this is perfect. Rolls out of the way or can slide on counter, put my dishes on, slide back over sink when done washing. Holds quite a bit (I've had pots, pans, wooden cutting board, plates, utensils...all without issues. I love this much more than I thought I would and have since returned my bigger drying rack for this one.
I liked how the rack isn't weak and didn't move. The dishes were easily put on top to dry and did not fall through the cracks. All my dishes fit perfectly on top to dry. Water was drained from my dishes so it did its job. I also like the silver color and how it did not rust.
It's exactly what it looks like-- a drying rack when I need it, and easy to put aside when I don't. It is sturdy and holds four ceramic dinner plates plus whatever else you can stack (i added two salad plates and a couple of glasses. It won't fit a whole dinner party, but it's great for smallish loads when you're washing by hand.
I definitely like this roll up dish rack as it allows me to wash and place dishes seamlessly on the rack to dry. It reduces the need to have a bulky dish rack which I was trying to avoid initially when I made the purchase. It does take up a fair amount of space over your sink, so if you are washing tons of dishes you may want to have a different plan of action as not everything will fit. Cleaning the roll up dish rack is pretty easy so I enjoy that as well.
This dish drainer is an amazing space saving product! It's perfect for small kitchens with minimal counter space like mine! It rolls up and stores easily under the sink! It also matches my kitchen!
I have one large sink rather than two smaller ones so this rack is wonderful to set things to drain on while I am working on something else in the sink.
I really like the idea of this and the price was definitely right, but when I got it, it was all bent up and it looked like something Salvador Dali created! Haha I spent some time and unbent several of the bars, and I love the concept and it is kind of serving its purpose, but not what I expected. It arrived without a box and it was pretty bent up. I’m using it anyway.
I can easily use it over the caravan sink or on top of a tea towel on the bench for easy draining of cups and bowls. Nice extra drying space.
I purchased a different brand in the USA which was far superior in quality. This is decent for the intended purpose, but time will tell.
I wished it was better quality if it don’t sit properly on the sink it could make the rubber fall off and the poles go out of place it’s not hard to place the rubber back on it just takes time and patience witch really is annoying but if your careful and checking it occasionally to be sure the rubber isn’t falling off then it’s a good product and I do still use
Love this! It’s strong enough and stays in place so that I can fill a large pot on it and scrub it, and also super easy to open as little or as much of it as you need to get into the sink underneath. Really handy if you have limited space, or if you’re trying to stop your family from filling the sink all the time
