I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks.

But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.)

I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive.

My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family fun business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours!

I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item.

I've been using this handheld frother for a few weeks now, and I'm absolutely in love! It's so easy to use - just pop in the batteries, press the button, and voila, creamy, frothy milk in seconds. Initially when I bought this product, it was a great price and it lasted about 3 solid months with new batteriea. It does an excellent job. Used it not just for frothing milk and making iced coffee but it made the lightest, fluffiest scrambled eggs EVER. Any opportunity I had to use it I did. After it died and I replaced the batteries, it started giving problems to start. You have to press it just right to get it at full power or otherwise it starts not at all or starts but moves slower, as if it is losing power. I have not contacted the suppliers due to being occupied otherwise and not finding the time but overalll it is a great product. I changed the batteries this morning so we shall see how it works and go from there. It was an awesome buy though. Will repurchase if this one goes bad.

In a world where a prices have gone insane to fine a product that is priced right, functional, easy to handle and adorable on the counter is rare. This product is durable, mixes drinks fast and easy to use. It comes with a stand and looks great on your coffee bar. I want to buy more, just to have them honestly. But, ai feel as durable as this one is it should last a long time. I love the note I got with my purchase, it felt like a friend wrote it. 3: Hassle free return. Was credited right away, no need to return defective unit.
4: So far the 2nd unit is still working, does a great job.

Apart from being delightfully pretty (and coming with a cute little stand to show-off on!), this is a really user-friendly frother that works well and is easy to clean. It's great value for the price and I'm really happy with this purchase (and the myriad of colour options it's available in).
