1. The ottoman cushion was too tightly packaged, causing it to wrinkle heavily on one side.

2. The items in each box were not labeled as in the instructions. Some parts were mixed with others in the wrong box.

3. Instructions are confusing. Whoever writes them needs to be replaced.

4. Couch is extremely firm, doesn't look firm in pics. I guess it needs to be worn down over time to be comfortable.

5. The black flaps with the velcro on the bottom of the couches and ottoman had no holes for the legs, so I had to create them myself. Also, the flap doesn't fit all the way across the velcro like it should.

6. There are 8 lil black round things that I assumed had to go with the legs, but there wasn't enough of them to go with the legs on the ottoman.

7. There's no instructions on which cushion goes where, so you have to fit them until it works.

8. The color is perfect though.

I love these couches. We actually decided to flip the assembly around to have the L be on the left and it worked. Our house is only 865 square feet and it fits wonderfully in our living room. It isn’t too big or too small. It’s perfect. Some mentioned that this couch isn’t soft, but you actually want that in a couch. Soft, sinking couches are great if you want no support and don’t ever feel like getting up. But this couch is firm and supportive and my new nap spot :) get it!! You won’t be disappointed. I am 4’11” and my husband is 6’ y’all and we both lay down on this together.

It looks really good. Well packaged. Just as described. Delivery was on point.
Would have given a 5, but there is a flaw. Which is not seen by others. The bottom material cover does not connect evenly to the bottom of the pieces. There is no stretch to the material. Luckily the legs help support it in place. Add more stretch.

This is a gorgeous sofa. It’s sturdy with firm cushions, and large enough for a big family.

4/5 because there was a missing screw hole for one of the back pieces and we had to drill our own and the directions could have been a little more clear.

Overall, we’re very pleased with our purchase.

Unsure how to get replacement cushions but I will be contacting Amazon today. The couch was decent, a little firm but it was good for our living room until I realized that the stitches are just unraveling in the middle of the cushions. It's a shame that they have to use cheap polyester fabric AND cheap wood for the construction just to be able to sell it at a lower cost.

Product received was damaged and missing hardware to put together. Had to go and purchase parts for the product in order to put it together properly.

Don’t order the couch! We purchased the couch, it was delivered on time. The stitching was ripped. Order a replacement couch it was delivered on time. Stitching again was ripped. Cheap material. The company they use to pick up the 1st couch was horrible. Never picked it up on scheduled time. We are now on the 4th attempt to pick up the 1st couch. Horrible horrible horrible.
