Used air mattress once for 6 hours when we first got it. Stored it for two months and our next trip we woke up to a flat bed; turns out there is a defect near the wheel well area that causes this to deflate. Warranty expired after 30 days. Unbelivable since you can see this is a manufacturing defect that held out for one trip. Shamefull.

This review is for the (PPI PV202C) model. Purchased this air mattress for my 2017 Silverado short bed crew cab. Truck bed measures 5.5 ft. Fully inflated mattress fit nice and tight and it only stuck out onto the tailgate about 2 inches. If I really wanted to I could close the tailgate no problem. I was concerned about the mattress material being too thin but was pleasantly surprised on the thickness and weight of the air mattress. I slept on it 2 nights and it held air very well. Fully inflated mattress is very tall measured at about 12". Makes it that much more comfortable. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a truck bed mattress.

According ot the fitment list, it won't fit the 5'5" Full size truck beds, but it fit;s my 2016 F-150 Super screw w/ 5'5 bed. Sure the tailgate has to be down, but isn't always going to be down when I'm using it? For those of you that are going to keep the tailgate closed, maybe look elsewhere - but this works perfectly for my needs.

Inflates quickly enough with included pump that connects via 12v cigarette port adapter. Also has a deflate assist option on pump.
*Tip, keep the fill cap towards the bed side instead of cab so you can refill it if needed. I paired it with the Napier Sportz truck tent (link below) and it works perfectly. fits great.

Directions say to assemble on ground and then move to truck, that may be difficult for some. I'd say the initial time putting it together is a pain in the A**, so definetely try it out at home before using it the first time.

Will update how it stands up to use - mostly beach and mountain camping.

This matress is a perfect fit in my Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cab. It inflates and deflates really fast. The pump has a really long cord that plugs right into the power source in the truck. I run it right through the back window but it would easily go around the truck. The matress is surprisingly big. It slept two adults and two Boston terriers in comfort. I would highly recommend this. My truck bed is 6'4" but it would easily fit a smaller or larger bed.

The mattress does not hold air any more. Through normal usage the mattress valve has been damaged and it does not create a seal. This however does look to be easily fixed if the black plastic insert (Air Check Valve) is replaceable. I will fill up the mattress before bed and half way through the night im sleeping on the truck metal, the air has leaked out of the mattress. Its a nice mattress while its new.

I hope AirBedz reads this and can help out. I really want to like their products for the long term.

I've reached out to Pitman Outdoor / Airbez for a second time in a hope they will have an answer to the broken check valve. I noticed the beds now come with a really nice carry bag, good think as mine ripped up after the 3rd or 4th use. Im not rough on my gear I just use the heck out of it.

I've looked at these a few times over the years and said it really couldn't make much difference. Looking for the perfect setup for drive in movies with the wife. I've tried using double air mattresses, leaving the bottom one partially inflated to cover the wheel wells and with that it just felt uneven. I've tried a couple of different ones id find local. Sure it worked but there were always issues. Everything you'd do you'd sink the thing would oddly angled so I finally caved and bought this. Gotta love Amazon prime, it got here fast, pump included in the box that I haven't used yet because I have a regular plug one I use and didn't need to add any air. Even came with a patch kid. Fit perfectly in a Ram quad cab. Tailgate closed and all, no issues. The design fixes every problem you've ever had and makes one big solid peace that's extremely comfortable. Then it has a little storage pack to toss it in when your done. Great investment just sucks I wasted so much money and time trying other ideas

If you want an item like this, the features of this tent made for a flawless excursion. Coupled with "Air Beds" truck mattress, in our 2016 GMC Short bed. The floor-less design helps when setting up and taking down the tent. Ten minutes max. Don't have to empty the truck. Great product. Good quality, fit and design. Purchased Airbedz Truck bed. Received in good time. Cool. Only good thing.
I opened it, inflated it in my truck to confirm fit and deflated it. Put it back in bag. This August long week I set up my truck tent and Airbedz mattress and went to bed. Within 2 hours the mattress was 75% empty. I then had to refill every 2 hours or so. I checks valve and seal.
Now the issue falls in that there is only a 30 days warranty and if you don't use it right away you are screwed.
I feel I paid good money for a good product to Amazon, to find out if its not sold and shipped by Amazon then there is no recourse. Buyer beware! Many bad reviews on the product of several different models. If its not sold and delivered by amazon, your screwed if you're outside of warranty. Amazon said they would have helped me if it was not sold by 3rd party seller. I contacted seller, they told me to contact manufacturer, manufacturer told me to go back to amazon. Who can help me. $232 plus tax lost!!!

The bed itself is actually a 4 or 5. Unfortunately, the pump on mine started to smoke the third time I sued it and made strange noises. I disconnected it and waited 20 minutes and it started up normally, though it still sounded a bit odd. It works, though I am not confident it will last. My lower rating is mainly due to the fact that Airbedz did not even respond to my direct e-mail regarding the pump. Summary...Bed is good and fits perfectly...pump was faulty...customer service was non-existent.

This works for me in my 2016 Colorado Long Box. Too bad it's not a little wider around the wheelwell as there was 2-3" on either side between the arch and the mattress. Did exactly as instructed by the instructions. Filled for a few nights and kept topping up the air to account for the initial stretch, so it worked flawlessly all the nights on my road trip. As with any air mattress, you need to empty your pockets, shoes, ears, neck, etc of pointy objects so you don't cause a leak.

Fold down the seats and blow this sucker up for a good night sleep! This a great mattress, durable and comfortable. Works well in our SUV as well as our Dodge Ram pickup. We have used this as a normal air mattress, however we have not spent the money to purchase the pieces that attach into the wheel well holes as they are too expensive for what they are. I would purchase this mattress again and do recommend it.

AVOID ! Worst mattress ever.
We ordered this mattress. After one day it got flat. We had to buy a new pump instead of buying a new bed again (otherwise, it would have been even more expensive such as the Canadian Tyre agent told us).
We had to pump it everyday even in the middle of the night because we were touching the floor 3 hours after pumping it ! A nightmare !

What I didn't like is they give you pump to use and they give you a long electrical cord to reach the back of your truck but it doesn't quite reach the back of the truck I had to hold the mattress sideways to blow it up and then set it in the truck if they're going to make it long enough to supposedly reach the back of your truck they should add about 4 ft of cord. Aside for that the bed gets nice and tight covers the top of the real Wheels as well it doesn't move around in the back of the truck very comfortable just wish the cord to blow it up was a bit longer.

Only used once in May and went to use it last night only to wake up having to put air in it . Throughout the night it deflated and the morning we were flat on the truck bed/it had completely deflated! Got home to find a hole/crack on one of seams/creases. Tried to patch it but where the hole is , it is not fixable. I’m past the warranty unfortunately:( & am out $200. Anyone have contact details for seller ? I can’t find anywhere.

Overall seems like a great mattress. Ive tried it out once so far. I bought it for 2017 The Tacoma. Fits well. Wish it was a little more custom fit for the wheel wells as it's a bit generic to accommodate a variety of vehicles. Pump works well

Amazing! We did a road trip to the east coast in Canada, for 10 days! We would pump it up every night and would still be good in the morning. The first night though, I think it needed to be stretched out with it being new plastic, it had deflated quite a bit. But rest of the trip great! I even use it at home in the house and just shove pillows under the open areas where it would fit over the wheel wells.

Love this thing. I've only used it once so far as camping season is over but it worked fantastic. Had a truck tent and paired with the mattress there was plenty of space. Had it in the 8' truck bed which was perfect because it left about a foot space at the head and feet which worked out best to keep our stuff off the bed and out of the way.
