Costumer service was FANTASTIC! I was incredibly impressed! We ordered the sofa on a Friday evening, received confirmation emails and verification by Monday morning, that Wednesday they scheduled delivery. The following Wednesday, we received the sofa! That was a week and a half early than the earliest delivery date! It was very to purchase, never had any problems.
When purchasing the sofa, it came in 3 large boxes. All the boxes had the parts stored in a spot that made sense. Very easy to put together, you can change up the look, very sturdy. We feel confident this will last us.
The ottoman has storage, but not a lot! We can fit 2 large blankets in it, but it won’t hold more. The ottoman is not comfortable to sit on, but works great as a coffee table or a foot rest.
As for comfort: it’s a happy mixture between soft and firm. We have noticed it takes a few days to get to the softer spot, but that’s expected with the packaging. The material doesn’t seem like the highest of quality, but there are no signs of it getting damaged.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the sofa, especially for the price.
