I opened the box and the trash can was broken.

I bought this for my 92 year old blind mother, who lives 1800 miles from me.

After a delayed delivery, the box arrived. I opened it, lined it with a trash bag, then stepped back to admire it. That’s when I saw the huge dent in the can. I had already discarded the old trash can, and it is too much hassle for me to return this, as I fly home tomorrow.
Since there was no damage to the box, I can only guess that it was packed by someone who already knew about the dent. Very disappointed.
I have never written a negative review, but this one earned it.

The small can is just that. It was an add on so I really didn't pay much attention to the demensions prior to purchase. Although only half of the size I expected it works well for me beside a desk. For candy wrappers, envelopes and the like. The quality and functioning of the cans is as described and I'm satisfied. No unpleasant surprises. One detail worth noting is when opening, the range of the lid's movement extends beyond the can's back. I mention this so the buyer knows the lid will tap upon the wall behind the can. If one wishes to eliminate this issue the necessary space which must be left between the wall is significant enough to mention. I just allow mine to gently tap the wall. No big deal.

I’m happy I bought this set of stainless trash cans! There were no dents when I took them out of the package. The 8 gallon kitchen trash can is just big enough, too. They feel like nice quality and look great!

Good, not great... but....

That's just what this design will get you. It looks good and it works well. It's just taller and skinnier than it needs to be which creates inefficiencies in filling up garbage bags to capacity.

Bought these because I did not want to pay the crazy amount trash cans cost now, and they’re great! I was worried the bigger one wouldn’t be big enough for my kitchen, but it was perfect. And the soft close is nice. Well constructed.

The large can arrived dented. I was able to pound most of it out, but it's not anything I would expect in new merchandise. Originally it was supposed to arrive in mid-February. I received an email that it was now going to arrive earlier than expected. I assume the one I received was one that was returned by someone else because it was damaged.

perfect sizes for our bathroom and kitchen (we compost) so this is only for non food/recyclable items. if you dont compost you may need to take this one out more frequently.

They are the perfect size for against the wall. They don't stick out too much like some garbage cans do. The foot step works great on both the small and the large can. I do recommend this deal!
