It was damaged upon arrival (a few deep gashes in the box surface and one of the corners). Also one of the gashes went through the top fabric (2-3"), just cosmetic, so no worries. Also the frame portion on the HEAD side was warped/bowed/bent as shown in the pic. Setup was as advertised, just about 5-10 min. Recommend 2 people for getting it on its feet. Initial quality and craftsmanship is good. Remote is nice, with a flashlight function and backlit keys. Motors are powerful and quiet. I picked this unit over all others on amazon that were under $499. I also have a BLISSFUL nights adj frame to compare it to. This frame is almost par with the blissful nights, except the blissful nights is sturdier in the upholstered frame area of the bed (surface). That one also has the ORKIN german motors, this one is another manufacturer (It is rather beefy though). I am happy with the purchase and would recommend this frame over the Lucid 100, the lineaspa JARED, Classic Brands 2.0, and Naomi adj frames. You cant touch it for the price. 10 year warranty gives me peace of mind. Amazon states its 95lbs but its actually 122lbs, just a heads up. Will update after 3-6 months of use. I was leaning more towards 4.5 stars on this.

I was skeptical when I first ordered this product cos there was no reviews for this product and so didn't know what to expect. Also the price for a queen was way cheaper (cheapest with wireless remote) than the other brands on the market. Well product arrived quickly, safely and well packaged. Easy install took only about 2 min and wireless remote is responding great. Only 7 days in so too early to give 5 stars. I will update my stars and comment in 3 months!

Very easy to assemble - it comes pre assemble apart from the legs and a plug in adapter. I purchased this adjustable mattress for my mother in law (85 years old) and she loves it that she can adjust both the head / back location and the legs. Great price and good quality.

Do yourself a favor and just buy this adjustable bed. Its simply the best value for quality you can find period. I got this for my mom since she had a stroke and she loves it. The bed itself is extremely heavy,well made and very sturdy. The remote is user friendly and has memory features which is awesome. Anyone interesting in a adjustable bed should get this one. Highly recommended A+++

This base is fine, easy to assemble, to manipulate. I'd prefer to have different length of legs to make my bed lowest position. Let me know, please, how I can purchase shorter legs.
