These felt discs have become our new favorite system for protecting our hardwood floors. The discs have a thick rubber top which grips the foot of the furniture, and a felt bottom which makes contact with the floor. The result is a slider that stays firmly attached to furniture legs as you move it pieces around, and these guys also offer a nice degree of protection against scuffing/scratches. The round shape and black color make them discreet - you don't notice them ( I keep them full time on my heavier furniture ). Thanks to their utility and ease of application, I prefer them over the hard plastic protectors or glue attached felt pads.

These felt furniture sliders are a very sensible investment especially on hard floors of any kind. They more evenly distribute the weight of the item supported over a broader area. When you need to move the furniture on a hard floor, the sliders make the job very easy. I can move my king sized bed by myself. The soft felt side faces the floor and prevents scratching. The black rubberized top is where the furniture item rests and the rubber prevents the furniture from slipping off the slider. I’m delighted and highly recommend them.

These floor protectors are excellent! I recently had the hardwood floors refinished in a new home and needed floor protectors as furniture was moved in. I found these to be the most helpful of the several different kinds I used. The foam top accomodates both plain legs and wheels, and because they are flat, they can also be used under cabinets that have no legs, per se, and even trimmed to fit. The felt side has done a good job of protecting my floors as I have shifted furniture around. I'm glad I found these!!

FURNITURE SLIDER WAS PLACED UNDER OUR DRESSER FOR 5 DAYS. DRESSER WAS THEN MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM. WHEN WE LIFTED THE DRESSER UP TO MOVE IT, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE FLOOR WAS DAMAGED. THE ONLY WAY TO FIX THE DAMAGE IS TO COMPLETELY REFINISH THE HARDWOOD FLOOR. YOU CANNOT SPOT REPAIR A HARDWOOD FLOOR.

Since we installed new hardwood flooring as part of a remodel, I wanted something to keep us from dragging furniture across the new floors. These are working out well and I just ordered another set. There are some less expensive ones on Amazon, but I like that you just set the furniture on these and there's no adhesive involved.

These sliders really do work smoothly on non-carpeted floors! I have a piece of furniture that I move around constantly so I used double sticky tape to affix 4 of these sliders on the bottom! Otherwise, these sliders move furniture almost effortlessly!

If you have hardwood or laminate floors these are essential. Need to move furniture easily and without marring the floor? Lift each corner a half an inch, slide one of these underneath, and repeat until all the contact points are resting firmly on the black neoprene. All you have to do now is push and your furniture will slide effortlessly across the floor.

Excellent felt furniture sliders They are just fine. Needed to move my dresser and it provided a smooth sliding instead of scratching.
