The knives are heavy and well balanced.The steak knives feel substantial and cut through steaks very well. This block set has everything one would need including scissors.I would highly recommend this product.

The knives work well, all showed up in minimalist packaging and are good quality. Came very sharp and the sharpener includes a maintenance sharpen setting and an after every use setting. Very cool. The wooden block looks highly elegant. I really like it!

I have read a few reviews about rust and unsure as to how they are getting this? I have had my knives for almost 2 months now with a lot of use and they still look and perform like new? These knives are very sharp and hold their edge quite nicely. For the money, my wife and I are very pleased! I will follow up with another review if any rust has been seen on any of the blades.

It's been so long since I had a good, SHARP knife set, this set has made cooking so much easier! It has a few more knives in it than a standard set, and a separate slot for the scissors, which is really nice. The steak knives are great.
