I bought this faucet with my Kraus sink and it is fantastic! I was looking for a commercial style faucet that was easy to install, still looks nice and was built with quality. It works great and exceeded my expectations for the price!

Because of the price, I was worried that the quality would\'t be there. We went ahead with it, because we\'re hoping to renovate the kitchen eventually ... if we love the faucet, we\'ll keep it. If not, it will tide us over. Happily, it has been impressive so far. I\'ll update if anything changes.

The design is thoughtful; the build quality is solid; the temperature cartridge seems as good as any; the finish is perfect. And, unlike some faucets, it was designed to be very easy to install. The mounting nut is solid brass, and has a couple of screws that let you do the final tightening with a screwdriver—something you can easily fit into the tight space between the underside of the sink and the wall. The hoses and connectors seem like good quality. I like to spend as little time as possible crawling around under a sink, and Kraus has made my life easier than they might have.

The hose extension works smoothly. The spray button is designed to reset on its own to regular flow. A nice touch.

My only complaint is that the spray head itself is made out of plastic, not the confidence-inspiring plated brass of the rest of the faucet. But it\'s good quality plastic (ABS) that probably won\'t break. And Kraus seems to be a real company with customer service and parts availability, so if something breaks you should be ok.

Finally, it looks great. Like a classy version of the sprayer you\'d use to powerwash a mountain of pans in the dungeon a of restaurant. I realize this is not everyone\'s esthetic, but it works for me.

I am happy with my faucet so far, but time will tell if it holds up well. We had it installed and not even a week later I noticed that the black (paint?) was chipped on the rim of the faucet head. The head of the faucet is metal and you could see the silver beneath the small black chipped area. I contacted Kraus right away and they replaced it at no charge after I provided pictures. Customer service was great and if this replacement holds up all will be good. I can say that it is a nice looking quality faucet and the two toned black and stainless matches my kitchen light fixtures perfectly. It seems to function well and I am happy with the ease of use.

For the price it\'s a great fixture, the valve and sprayer work flawless. I took off one star because the hose sometimes doesn\'t go back into it\'s holder with ease. Also the part that allows it to swivel feels loose and there doesn\'t seem to be a way to adjust it.

We installed this in our laundry room utility sink and I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it looked! It was easy to install and works beautifully.

I was skeptical due to a few reviews saying the color didn’t reflect the pictures listed, but I am so glad I ordered this. It is beautiful- a perfect matte black and bright gold. I have had a lot of compliments on this faucet. It installed easily, and works well.

I love this faucet! My sister has it and told me about it. I was skeptical at first but decided to get it a try. I am amazed with the quality and the aesthetic! The stainless steal actuall matches some of the specs in my granite kitchen counter top! It has an Industrial look, sits 18” high and is high quality. It has great reach and menuverablity for cleaning the sinks. I really love it. I’ve only had for a short period of times so time will tell in terms of longevity. My contractor install it, so can’t speak to the ease of installation, because he had to move the garbage disposal temporarily to install, but once he had the clearance it was installed in no time. The water flows way better the my old unit.

Needed a replacement for the over expensive one that came with house - which was clogged and started having low water pressure issues after a few years.

This fit the bill and arrived quickly after ordering. It looks great once installed. Quality piece.

Very easy to clean with the spot free feature. Water drops don\'t leave a mark and the faucet wipes clean quickly just like an ordinary faucet. I was concerned seeing the spring coil around the top of the faucet - but it just wipes cleanly with a damp sink cloth or damp sponge.

The sprayer is pretty good. Light weight and does the job when needed. We have good water pressure, so have to turn it down otherwise it splashes at full open position. Which is a good thing.

Took a bit to install and get the hose under the sink to run freely without snagging and kinking. Wound up wrapping some electrical tape around the spot that would bend and kink when pulling the hose sprayer all the way out when washing pots and pans. Worked great after that.

Will look at ordering an extra faucet head on sale since always seem to get clogged and leaky in the future even after cleaning the sprayer pores regular. Just depends on the water hardness of the area you live in. Our should last a few years before it gets clogged since we live in a more softer water area.

Good shipping easy instructions I mounted it to the sink before placing it in the hole. Nice simple handle operation easy to select spray or stream. Finish seems durable look is clean and modern.

Have had this in for close to 2 months. Can\'t speak to ease of install as my plumber handled it, but was present when he put it in and there wasn\'t any cursing or head scratching so... I researched a TON of kitchen faucets and it seems really hit and miss, so was nervous as this was a big spend for us, but so far this one has been great. Really nice finish (everyone who has seen it has called it sexy). Incredibly well packaged and felt heavy and of good quality right out of the box. Installed in a quartz counter - so far it\'s nice and solid, no signs of looseness or movement. The pull down worked great right away (I guess my plumber got the placement of the counter-weight right); it pulls out without having to use too much force and retracts perfectly. The switch from steady stream to spray has been flawless. Nice that it switches automatically back from spray to steady stream when you turn the tap off. Love the colour - rich and warm without being too showy. One very minor thing is that our bathroom faucet is a different brand and hot is up, cold is down. On this Kraus hot is down, cold is up (yup, I double checked their nicely labelled hot and cold supply lines). So that messes with my head a bit. One other minor thing is that the arc that the handle takes to control the flow of water is quite short (our older ugly faucet had a wider arc), so it can be a little tricky to get exactly the strength of flow you are going for. Not a deal breaker, but an area that could be improved I think. A design note, which will depend entirely on the size of your sink is the \"spread\" from where the faucet goes through the counter to where the nozzle sits over the sink is not quite as lengthy as our old faucet, so the nozzle sits a little bit closer to the back of the sink than our old one. Handy in some circumstances (getting a big pot under it), less handy in others (washing produce without splattering a bit of the backsplash). So far very happy with it and will consider Kraus for our bathroom when we get around to renovating that.

Does not fit with regular piping. Used 3/8 inch but doesn’t works it’s larger than 3/8 but less than 1/2.
