So...it is comfy and fairly easy to assemble. However, we received two ends with armrests on the left. We, obviously, cannot connect two left ends. Now we have this strange little separate couch end that just sits near the other end. Amazon was not helpful in any form and told us to repackage the product and ship it back and they would send a new one out whenever they came back into stock. My family has no wish to sit on the couch until this product comes back into stock, if it does at all.

Edit: Reached out directly to the seller and they are helping us out. They are sending us the correct piece, which we are very thankful for! Glad they were willing to fix things!!
