I was a little bit leary to buy a couch online without seeing or touching it first. But, the reviews helped me go ahead and get it. I am so glad I did! The color (black) is perfect and exactly what I wanted. The size is great for my family and having people over. The cushions aren't too stiff or too soft, it's just right! It's very comfortable, and the material makes it easy to clean and is also soft. My favorite part is the extention that turns into a sleeping area. It's glides in and out smoothly. It's so easy! The couch also came with a cushioned pad for the bed. It is great quality and very comfortable. The couch was also extremely easy to put together. I highly recommend this couch. It's a really great purchase and worth the price. 10/10

They're really very good set of sofa. Very functionally designed, sturdy and good size, soft and thick good quality materials, colors are also pretty good. Easy to assemble. And the best part is very supportive customer care service. I will definitely love to buy Belffin products again in future and will 100% recommend it.

We are super pleased with the quality, comfortability, and price of this sectional and pullout bed! The delivery and assembly was quick and easy. The design of this sectional is well thought out, so it can easily be moved to another location and put in a different formation. The ability to launder cushion covers was a real selling point. Also the Customer Service was super responsive and fantastic to work with.

Decided to buy a couch online. I've been looking for a couch that isn't gray but also has multiple functions. Have had for about a week now and so far we are enjoying it. I have a long living room so this fits perfect in my space. I love that it has the option to store things on both ends of couch and that it pulls out into extra couch space. I bought the beige color which I love. It is very soft like suede feeling. I have 2 cats with dark hair so I have been using a lint roller to brush the couch but their hair isn't really noticeable. A couple things I don't like is the back of the couch is smaller than what I was expecting. It does sit kind of lower but it's fine for me and my kids. My husband is tall so kind of challenging for him to get out and the back cushions I wish were thicker but you could add cushion to it since there's zippers. Overall I think it's worth the price. Shipping was great too. All my pieces came in 1 shipment and it was fast!

I’m not quite sure why this sofa has great reviews. The seat cushions are so firm, we don’t even sink into them when we sit down. This probably wouldn’t be such an issue if the back cushions were taller enough, but they are very short and thin. Picture sitting on a rock and leaning back against a bar. That’s what this feels like. I wish I would have returned it before the return window closed, but I kept trying to convince myself it was going to be fine.
We are more comfortable sitting on the floor, to be honest. DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH!

This loveseat was a great buy. It’s just the right size for our home office. We received it quickly. The first box with the armrest came with the first shipment (21 lbs) and the next day we received the remaining pieces in one box. (110 lbs). We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble as well as the softness of the material. The blanket/comforter that came with the couch is heavy and good quality. Even though it takes 48 hours for the pillows to full expand, it feels wonderful to sit on straight out of the box. It was a great buy at a good price.

sofa is ok, but it's VERY SMALL! All aspects of it are very tiny - when a grown adult sits on it the seat cushion only comes to mid-thigh, and the back cushion only comes to your shoulders. The model in the video must only be about 5 feet tall at the most, because it's very very small. Also, cushions do not attach at all to the frame of the couch so its constant moving around and fixing them. I'd price this couch at $500, not $1200- but the pull-out ottoman is nice.

The only things I didn’t like: even thought it’s modular and you’re supposed to be able to rearrange the seats it seems hard to take apart once it’s put together in comparison to other models I’ve seen, and I also didn’t get the mattress topper that are mentioned in other reviews so I’m not sure if they stopped sending them or if mine was just missing.

Now the GOOD: it’s absolutely beautiful especially for the price. The material is soft and my cat doesn’t seem to want to scratch it. It’s so easy to clean so far, the cat hair doesn’t stick to it and within the first week my toddler got pink/red drink on it and SPAGHETTI SAUCE!! I wiped it with the pink stuff fabric cleaner and you can’t even tell it was there. I was so impressed, and this was one of my concerns with the light color because I have two kids, four dogs, and a cat. The cushions are pretty firm so I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it unless you put a topper on but the firmness is much better than my last couch that was soft and I sank into it which made my back and neck hurt when sitting and watching tv…. I have no pain with this couch. I also think the cushions will have more longevity due to the firmness. My kids LOVE the couch, specifically my 7 year old likes to pull out the sofa sleeper part and make a lounging out where the family can relax and watch movies together. He said he gives the couch 2000 thumbs up.

I looked at so many sofas/sectionals online before deciding on this and I would 100% buy it again. I think it’s the best quality for the price and definitely recommend!
