This design is exactly what I was looking for and the price made me want to get it. I really wanted a cloudy couch and trust me, this one is a really great option! It’s so comfy! And the quality looks great! It came in four separate boxes so not all came at the same time and each item had its own tracking number which was a bit confusing. But the vendors were so responsive to our messages and very nice. Great customer service! My husband and I love this purchase and it has completely transformed our living room to a more cozy and comfy space.

I fell in love with this couch when I saw it! I ordered it and was so excited when I got it!! I assembled it and was bummed when i realized they sent me two of the same arms. You can see in picture 1. I contacted the seller and explained the situation with photo and they promptly sent me the correct arm ( seen in picture 2). 10/10 experience and 10/10 comfort! I love it and would DEFINITELY do business with them again!!

This sofa is soo Beautiful, great quality, soo comfy and easy to assemble! It’s value for the money that I paid and what I like most is that the covers are washable, which is a plus for my dogs.

My wife and I ordered this piece because the "modular sectional" description led us to believe this was reconfigurable. When we received it, I was pleased that the quality of the couch seemed to be good, although I would definitely invest in after market feet for the couch.

I reached out to the company because we are looking for a truly modular sectional, and they made several offers to help with the refund, ultimately giving us a very fair deal, all things considered. Very responsive seller, and although it didn't suit our needs, I think they have their hearts in the right place.
