Instructions could be more detailed, but I've put together plenty of furniture before, so wasn't really hard for me. Took me 1.5 hr to assemble the headboard, 20 min for the rest. All by myself (only needed a hand when joining the grey part to the rest, for stability).
It's nice and sturdy, and would have given 5 stars of it wasn't for the following:
1) one piece had a chip right in the middle (see picture)
2) one of the metal parts was missing the rubber end (see picture)
3) the most important to me: when connecting the grey part to the hardware that allows it to open and close, the screws stripped the wood itself and I had to find larger screws to go in deeper to keep it joined.
Besides that, very pleased with the frame. Doesn't make noise and it's super pretty.
