Is uncomfortable… but it looks amazing and is very sturdy for the price, I bought it for my office and will not use it much so it’s perfect for me.

The armrests don't fit into their slots so it's not very comfortable when you're sitting on it as a couch. I've tried each one on both sides multiple times and ways, and plus when you don't put the armrest in there's giant holes left in the cushion where it's supposed to go.

Fits my space perfectly. Love the leaning back and foling it out flat. Its not comfy. But its fine to get started. Cup holder arm rest is great too. Super easy to put together.

Bought this for my MIL bedroom. She wanted something for my nieces when they spend the night. This is the perfect height for her to sit on and chill during the week. It was super easy to put together. Took me maybe 20 mins to get it out of the box and set up. She absolutely loves the color on it and has been super pleased with it.

It’s a nice looking futon. I purchased the grey one. It’s absolutely and completely uncomfortable. I have it in my room as just another area to sit. Every guest I’ve had over let me know that it’s uncomfortable lol. So it’s sturdy looks nice but essentially doesn’t feel nice at all. There’s little padding and feels like your sitting on slightly padded plywood.

I live in a small apartment with limited storing space and was looking for something that I can use not only for seating but also to have an extra bed.

Likes:
* Size, it’s about 5.5 feet and fits just fine in the small space I have.
* back is low (hits the bottom of your shoulder blades) so it doesn’t block the view if you are behind.
* easy to put together, but you’ll require an extra set of hands to flip it over.
* material feels good

Dislikes:
* very hard seat, can’t seat for longer than half hour.
* the middle seat it’s very uncomfortable that’s where the 2 cushions meet and the seams are extra hard.
* as a sleeper, the middle where the 2 cushions meet it sticks out making it uncomfortable to lay, did I mentioned that it’s very hard.
* definitely not for a person how’s over 5’5” as their feet will dangle.

If you are going to use it for the occasional entertaining and just need to seat for 10-20 minutes then this is the piece for you.

We love the futon, the only issue was one of the armrest wouldn’t fit into the respective holes. Contacted customer service and chatted with Angelica, she was fabulous and after sending photos of the issue sent a whole new futon because the part couldn’t be sent separately. I was shocked, I was just looking to replace the armrest. Would definitely recommend best choice products on customer service alone. However, the futon is perfect for my sons room and he loves it!

Uncomfortable as a couch, barely useable as a bed and has a weird section that sticks out in the back making it super ugly if it's not against a wall.

Probably best for an office or if you have someone staying over that you hate.
