I was hesitant to buy a couch online. The price was fantastic, and we love it. It’s a firm cushion, deep seat and made very well. Easy to put together. I put them together myself in about 15 minutes, most of which was unboxing time. My only complaint is the back cushions don’t fit very squarely, the seams droop a bit so in time I can see those are going to look a bit floppy. But, so far so good! 5 stars considering the price paid.

The sofa has a pleasant material and looks modern, even aesthetically pleasing, and does not spoil the interior like some $900 sofas. The price of this one is very reasonable, and it is also soft.

Easy to assemble, nice fabric, solid construction. However, I feel like the seat cushions could be a bit more comfortable. They are a little too firm for me. Looks really nice though. Good value for the money.

It seats three adults comfortably, and the cushions are nice and sturdy so you don't sink into the sofa. The goods are very good and the delivery is fast. Delivered two days in advance! And the installation is very simple, it can be assembled in 30 minutes!

It's pretty, very dark gray. Sort. Low to the ground. BUT, there is not nearly enough stuffing in the back cushions. Disappointed.

If you're debating on whether to get this chair, this is ur sign!! This chair is spacious, study, easy to assamble and not to mention their customer service is top tier. I had messed up my cushions and I had contacted them and they gave me seats for free. Overall 10/10

This couch is very good for its price. It’s sturdy and doesn’t creak at all. Only complaint is that it’s a little short.

I am appalled by the incompetence of XSPRACER. We ordered a couch on 7/17. The expected delivery date was between July 23-25. Unfortunately, it was not delivered during the timeframe and we only received 2/3 parts of the couch on the 26th. After corresponding for many hours, taking time away from my job, there was no solution because the people I was communicating with were unable to properly assist me. In the interim, we purchased another couch, thinking we were not going to receive any other parts to the couch that was delivered considering no one was anywhere close to helpful. We ended up receiving the other parts to the couch after we purchased a new one a couple days later. We are now in the process of trying to return this couch and are dealing with the incompetence of the company again because the couch was supposed to be delivered between the 23-25, and it was not as promised, as well as all the pieces needed for the couch did not arrive the same day. We are now being asked to pay to return it, which is completely ridiculous as it is their fault we did not receive it in its complete form.
