This is a great product, works exactly as advertised. It's clever and has made mise en place so much easier. The wooden part is sturdy and does not slip around on my counter. I used to use just the plastic cutting inserts previously, but that board slipped around everywhere and never really gripped on my counter. This product is a great solution to that. Plus, you can just leave it on your counter when you're not using it, and it looks professional and sleek. And because you're cutting on the plastic inserts, the board is very easy to keep clean. The one thing that occurred to me after a few weeks of use is that it's not easy to cut multiple things simultaneously--but I just bought a second board to make up for that!

I ordered this product because I wanted a cutting board with easy access to boards for cutting a variety of products. I no longer put a paper towel on the cutting board to avoid getting it dirty (a bad habit I hated). Now I use the color coded plastic cutting boards to keep products separate. Clean up is so easy. I highly recommend this product. It’s worth the money.

I've never been a fan of the plastic cutting boards but having the wood underneath is is fantastic. The wood block itself stays at the same spot on my counter and the plastic boards are soooo easy to switch out and clean! It's made cooking a whole lot easier.

My only grip is how easily the plastic can become warped. But, then again, it's easy to get back to it's shape so, it's a weird win lol
