I love this couch! It’s so comfortable and convenient. Wireless charger works well. I am over the moon on this purchase and easily saved over a $1000 by buying it through Amazon which included free delivery. The delivery guys were awesome. They didn’t set it up but that was easy. Directions say you need a screwdriver but you don’t. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

This sofa is really good quality, and the delivery was terrific as well! We love that the center pulls down into a console with lights and cupholders, and a place to put your stuff. The phone chargers work great, and the power recline and headrest feature is great too. Very easy to put together, just snap the backs of the sofa into place and connect the power cords.

Well made with lots of features. As the chair reclines, I like to have more head support so I can watch TV. The independent headrest lets me adjust for comfort. The seat height works great for a 6ft+person but my feet don\'t touch the floor (55 inch tall). I keep my foot rest elevated when I sit which means I need to adjust the head rest also.
Unfortunately, the headrest operation is not independent when the foot rest is lowered. Both return to closed position with the foot rest button.

Be aware this couch is very hard!!
It also has a cold leather like feel to it 😕and so high your feet don\'t touch the floor.
My husband has back problems and he couldn\'t sit on it.
Amazon customer service is outstanding 👏 so that is a major plus. Thank you Amazon!😁

I didnt hate this sofa. It is a beautiful well made sofa. It was just more firm then I would like my sofa to be. Otherwise it is a pretty kick ass sofa. power headrest a sweet. A lot of people might love the firmness of this sofa. It just isnt what i am looking for. Amazon customer support was 5 star as usual and the return process was simple and smooth.

We received delivery of the \"Signature Design by Ashley Next-Gen DuraPella Modern Faux Leather Power Reclining Sofa\" today from Amazon. The delivery was as stated but me and my son had to set up the furniture, which was not complicated at all. Prior to the delivery, I was concerned that the sofas (I ordered 2 sofas) might be damaged or not look like the display model at Ashley store. To my surprise, there was not even a scratch and the sofas were exactly as ordered. The sofas looks nice and beautiful. This is my first time buying large furniture from Amazon, rather than from the local store and I have to say that this experience gave me the confidence to buy large items online from Amazon in the future. By the way, the sofas were cheaper at Amazon than at the local Ashley furniture store. When it comes to comfort or softness, my taste and desire would be quite different. I read some negative reviews about this furniture but I have no choice but to give a 5/5 rating. For me, nothing to complain about.
