I don\'t normally write reviews, however I can\'t not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks.

But first, In review of the product itself, which is the \'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand\'. This is my first \'frother\' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This \'Executive\' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.)

I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn\'t start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer \'Service\' with other companies, I didn\'t really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive.

My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family fun business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours!

I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item.

Awesome little gadget. Easy to use, easy to clean, creates a fabulous froth with even the tiniest amount of milk. Froth is thick but light. It\'s like a little cloud in your morning coffee. Convenient stand makes storage easy. Power button on top makes it easy to turn on and off, no switches...definitely a smart design. Impressive strength for two AA batteries! The little things matter when you have to be up before dawn to enjoy your coffee. For under $10, I can\'t think of a reason not to have this in your life.

**UPDATE**
After my first (2 star) review, someone from the Zulay reached out to me and offered tips to help fix my frother and when they didn’t work, they replaced it for free! They didn’t ask me to change my review, their only concern seemed to be getting me a working frother. And can I say, it really does work. After not having used my old one in so long and then starting up again with the wonky one, I forgot how well they work when there’s no issues with them. So much power that my matchas, instant coffees, protein shakes, chia puddings, and cold foams don’t take much more than a few pulses/seconds to be fully incorporated or foamy. Feels sturdier than the one that was having issues, the button feels more stable. I’ve been reminded why I bought my second one.

TLDR: Some are wonky, but the customer service is GREAT and when you get a non-malfunctioning one, these frothers are top tier.

I bought one of these about five years ago and it was the best. Used it all the time, my sisters would steal it to use it for their drinks too. I moved into a new apartment and brought it with me but didn’t use it for a while. When I finally tried, I found the batteries in it had corroded and it wouldn’t work. So I ordered a new one. Didn’t touch the new one for months and when I finally did, realized there weren’t any batteries in it. Another few days before I found some and tried to use it and it barely worked. Very little power with two brand new batteries. It would go very slowly and then give out altogether. I switched the batteries around a bit thinking that might help, even put a different brand just to try that out. Now the frother won’t turn on at all. It was so good the first time around but this second one just isn’t it. I don’t know if I should buy another of this brand and count on it being as good as the first one I had or if I should try a new brand completely.
