I thought this soap dispenser would work out well for my office, but there’s a design flaw that the spout does not overhang the unit. Immediately after I put this out, there was drips of soap all over the top, which made it super messy and I needed to order the same day a better type of dispenser. This is not worth it.

I love having the sponge & soap right by the sink. The pump is a great idea. Cleans up easily & looks nice!

This was a great idea but too cheaply made to be useful. The pump is too short and unstable to work reliably when pumping one handed while it\'s seated on the counter and the base is too wide to comfortably pick it up and pump it that way. Not worth trying to return it. Will toss it as soon as I find something sturdier that also fits my hand.

The dispenser is cheap and useless. It’s impossible to get the paper inside the dispenser out. I just chalked it up as useless and trashed it.

The product is fine. The rating is based on setting it up. Our main frustration was getting the paper liner out of the bottom. After a while I finally was able to pry the square top off with my fingernail and it came off easily. Simple instructions would be helpful. But the spigot is so low and too short it is hard to use. We bought a replacement.

I like the storage on the side, plus the ease of removing the container from the base, when I want to.
