I purchased a king for my master bedroom and two queens for my guest bedrooms. I have had these for two years. The beds have remained solid and sturdy. The fabric on the headboards still looks new. I built all three by myself and found assembly to be very easy. I especially liked how the beds arrived with all parts contained within the headboards. The height of the beds are just perfect. You will not find higher quality beds that look as nice for anywhere close to this price.

The bed seems a good quality as only time will tell if it holds up. It came packaged very well with all parts contained in the back of the headboard. It was fairly easy to put together by myself after inventorying all parts and hardware. Tightening all the screws when the bed was assembled took longer then putting the pieces together.

I’ve had this bed for over 4 years and have moved 3 separate times in that timeframe. This bed is not only affordable, it’s the best I’ve ever had. It’s sturdy, easy to assemble and makes absolutely no noise. I’ve owned more expensive beds in the past and this is easily my favorite. I recommend it to anyone I know that is looking for a good bed frame. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

This is a great bed frame, for the price. I would have given it five stars for that alone. But, the product goes well over and beyond simple value. The bed comes with adorable signs that tell you where everything is - it's not intuitive, as it all comes "hidden" in the headboard. Everything is labeled clearly and everything you need is included. Including a mini allen key socket wrench that makes screw tightening so easy. The instructions are written in plain English - not weird Google translated gibberish you get a lot with products made in China.

I am so happy with this bed, everything fit and everything went smoothly. Not everything ticks those boxes; I would recommend this bed frame in a heartbeat.

This is a great queen bed frame for the price range and would highly recommend it. My only gripe is that it sits too low that does not allow sufficient storage underneath the bed and at times cannot be sturdy if you are a sleeper who moves a lot :) Otherwise assembly is a breeze and looks decent

We bought this bed in 2018. Six years later, it's as good as new. Hands down, this is the sturdiest, quietest, and most comfortable bed I've ever owned (a class that includes antique beds, iron beds, expensive wooden Shaker-style beds, daybeds, etc.). It was easy to put together. When we changed our bedroom to another room in the house, it came apart and went back together without issue. This was an excellent buy.

Not only is this bed of great quality, I could tell that the seller is phenomenal as well. Prior to purchasing this, I read through at least 40 of the reviews on here to see if I would regret it. It was significantly less expensive than I had imagined for a quality platform bed so I was apprehensive to waste money on a "cheap bed", but it was the style I envisioned for a long time and I really wanted it to be quality. Spoiler* It totally exceeded my expectations!*

A few reviews mentioned that it was heavy, but I felt I would be more concerned if it was not heavy- I imagine that durable parts are going to be heavy and if you're ordering a bed that you want to stay together and bear the weight of a good mattress and 1-3 people, you should be prepared for a heavy package. My package was heavy, I was relieved.

A few reviews also mentioned that it was hard to put together and that the directions were less than comprehensive, sometimes non existent, as well as some of the necessary parts. I did notice that a lot of those reviews were old, so I was hoping that meant that the seller had since improved- and they certainly did. I am 5'5" and 130lbs, I put this bed together entirely on my own in under 1.5 hours. The directions were well written and included photos. As far as parts and pieces, there were only 8 screws total that need to be inserted and they provide you the allen wrench to do that with. (They also provide a small spare parts section of all the size screws in case you lose one- awesome!)

A few reviews mention that they were confused and thought they only received the headboard and it took them a bit to realize the parts were inside. I think the seller has since improved that as well because when I opened mine, there was a big exciting "here we go! parts are all inside!" sticker right next to the zipper that opened the headboard so I had no question about what to do next. The zipper was actually a really neat unexpected surprise to me as well, as I had imagined that the headboard was hollow and open at the bottom part, where I would find the parts, but actually they were neatly zipped into the back. That also allowed me to store the directions and spare pieces they gave me right back in the headboard, unseen and not lost, in case I need to take the bed apart in the future to move.

My only con is that I personally thought the headboard would be larger and you'd see more of it as I was really looking forward to the diamond stitch and this color gray (and was impatiently awaiting it's arrival to start planning what nightstands would match). However, I think this is my own fault because I am using my own pillowtop mattress which is probably taller than most mattresses that Zinus sells for this bed, so by the time I made the bed and put pillows on, there wasn't much headboard left to see. Still worth it!

Lastly, my package included a note from the seller which I thought was just the coolest and cutest thing ever! They personally thanked me for my purchase, mention that they read all reviews and make improvements as suggested, and even provided a blank "thinking of you" and "thank you" card that they encouraged me to send to a loved one just because- how thoughtful! As stated above, reading the reviews first and then receiving my package with improvements to things that customers had complained about, I whole heartedly believe that they are a customer service oriented company and aim to continuously make their product better and have succeeded in doing so. I am so happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone!

Very impressed with the initial quality of this bed frame. Time will tell how it holds up but I don't see why it wouldn't.

Smart design, surprisingly simple to assemble.

And the included ratchet wrench is truly above and beyond.

Love this bed. A beautiful colour, nice quality fabric and super sturdy. All the piece came in the headboard and assembled very easily, it even came with a Allen key wrench, that maybe wasn't the bed quality but was super handy. I wish the headboard was a bit taller but that would have made it more expensive so I'm ok with it. The only quality issue that I could passible knit pick about is the corner of the fabric are not super crisp. I sew so I know how to make a nice sharp corner with fabric but I don't think it would be noticable to anyone who doesn't sew.
