Shopping for a new tv stand, this retro cabinet certainly was an excellent purchase! It was easy to assemble, really sturdy and the style is quite nice. Great price and really happy purchase!
If you're on a budget, this is so worth the price!!! My expectations were sort of low after reading the reviews and because of the price, but I'm thrilled about it and was so happy to show all my friends and family.
Basically you're paying for the assembly time (mainly all the hand screwing) and the fact that it's faux/engineered wood instead of real, solid wood—and the final product looks fantastic! I read a lot of reviews saying it wasn't sturdy and it was bad/cheap quality, but I honestly don't think so at all.
It took me about 2 hours to assemble, but it could've been done in probably 1.5 hrs if I hadn't made a mistake in step 1. Just make sure to:
1. Check all the pieces are there (I had everything + extras)
2. Follow the instructions (look closely at the pictures to make sure you're putting the screws in the correct holes of the big wood pieces in step 1)
The only difficult thing was screwing by hand. It just takes time and physical effort because they're pretty tight, but that's a good thing because the whole thing feels really secure. Also some of the silver screw fasteners (idk what they're called, but the round, silver things in the top right of the pile in my first picture) weren't tight when I screwed them in, but I think I just didn't do them right and then I couldn't take them out. After doing all of them though, everything still feels really secure.
I was also worried about the color being darker than pictured and darker than what I was looking for for my apartment, but I'm pleased with the color and how it looks! Glad I purchased despite my hesitations.
You're most likely not looking to buy this looking to have the best you can. You know it's cheap, and well, it shows. I found it packaged pretty well, no parts had dings, or marks, but I have seen been better packaging that layered at least tissue paper between each piece. Everything was easy to assemble, but the first main indication that it was made really cheaply started to show as the faux wood laminate cracked off while putting in the pins. No big deal, but never before had I seen it chip off as it did. Everything aligned pretty well and I was worried with every turn of the screw that it was going to strip out. Nothing did, just don't crank anything down. The feet were the cheapest feeling part, and they looked cheap. A hollow light plastic. Once everything was assembled, I placed 100lbs of weights on top. It held overnight, but there was some bending, making the doors look out of alignment. A few adjustments and they looked better. Also, the doors don't have handles. Weird, but whatever. Another idea for the door that would be good would be some type of bumper. Otherwise, if you are looking for a cheap set up, this could be the one for you. I wouldn't buy this again, but it should serve its purpose. Maybe I'll keep looking around for one that really meets my expectations.
The WLIVE TV Stand is a stylish and functional addition to any living room. Its mid-century modern design adds a touch of elegance, while the sturdy construction ensures it can support TVs up to 60 inches. The adjustable shelves provide ample storage space for all your entertainment essentials, and the cable management system keeps everything neat and organized. The rustic brown finish complements any decor, making it a versatile piece. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their entertainment center!
Pretty decent stand for your first place, so you can get your tv off the floor. Cheap, and thus cheaply made, but still good in my opinion. Don't use the screwdriver that comes with the materials, use your own, a magnetic screw driver, or a power drill and it'll halve the building time.
Love the color, size and overall design. The instructions were easy to follow and the parts were well labeled. The only thing I don't like is that the pieces don't all fit tightly/securely. It's due to the metal 'twist in' brackets that are supposed to grab the screw and hold the pieces together, but they are cheaply made and don't tighten when you turn them. It causes the pieces to be a bit loose. Once it's together and the TV is on it, seems to be fine. You have to move the stand carefully, though.
Nice stand for the price i do not like pressboard laminite but this is not bad since a tv just sits on it cool little stand
Two major complaints
First one was when I got the package and opened it I started to get super itchy - I had noticed on some social media apps that people have been getting theirs with fiber glass layering it. Well, to my surprise I shine some indirect light and every single piece lit up and there was TONS of fiber glass all over it. What should've maybe taken me an hour to assemble, took me several because I was sitting on the floor vacuuming every single piece then shinning a light to make sure the fiber glass was completely gone. The only reason I kept it was that I had family coming over and I needed a place for a TV and couldn't wait any longer. Even then, after cleaning everything my living room was covered in fiber glass. I spent the good rest of my day then vacuuming my entire living room and couch/rug.
My second complaint is that I've not even had this thing very long, and today I finally went to put something in the cabinets and instantly the entire door broke off the wood and ripped the nails out as well. I was shocked.
I would 1,000% not recommend you buy this - it looks STUNNING but after all of that? I attempted to open the other side too and it almost broke so I just stopped and left it close. So it's essentially just a TV stand that is wobbling like crazy.

Thankyou amazon for this beautiful TV Table.
I recently purchased an engineer wood TV table, and I'm quite impressed! The design is sleek and modern, perfectly complementing my living room decor. The wood finish is stylish and gives off a premium feel, while the sturdiness of the material ensures it can support my TV and other electronics without any wobble.
Assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions provided. The table features ample storage space for media devices and accessories, keeping everything organized and tidy. I also appreciate the cable management system, which helps eliminate clutter.
Overall, this engineer wood TV table combines aesthetics with functionality, making it a great addition to any home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish yet practical TV stand!

TV unit is good in the given price.assembly is easy.
It’s a decent plywood tv unit. But expensive for board though, installation is a bit of a hassle, can take upto 2 hours.
Also the doors aren’t soft close as described. That’s false marketing
