After reading the hundreds of descriptions of all the fold-up beds Amazon advertised, I chose this one due to its high reviews with minimal complaints. Let's face it, 99% of all the beds come from China and have countless flaws, some very serious , others minor. This bed came just as advertised with all its parts, nothing bent or broken. The foam mattress expanded up to 5" within an hour of taking it out of its plastic bag. It is more comfortable than expected (nicely firm) and had no odor to it,
All the parts were very easy to put together following the order in the instructions. The braces are very sturdy and will support a lot of weight. It folds up nicely without any resistance. I will be buying a cover for for storing it when not in use for the family members who use it. One caveat: DO use the small thin spanner wrench to tighten the wheels. Hand tighten them as much as you can the until tightening only allows the included spanner wrench since the space between the castor and the bed frame is so narrow.
Interestingly enough, if you follow out to the end of the five or more pages, you'll see the same beds for well over $1000 which make NO sense. I believe Amazon should delete such insanely priced items and stick to the ones with more realistic prices. This MIlliard was on the pricey side but appears to be well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

I needed an occasional guest bed, and wanted something that could fold up & essentially disappear behind the bedroom door.. I researched and compared and poured over reviews, and finally decided to go with this.
The Milliard Deluxe Diplomat folding bed (twin size) is perfect! The packaging was great, ease of removal from the box and the appearance of very few extra pieces for assembly was very encouraging. It is very well made, all pieces fit smoothly where they belonged and worked smoothly once it was assembled. The instructions were very clear, short and sweet. I managed it alone.
The mattress is on the thin side, but has a soft side and a firm side, I preferred the firm, but I also purchased a 3 inch "egg crate" type of foam pad to increase the depth of the mattress. It was a very comfortable night's sleep for me.!
I remain impressed! Yes, it was a little pricey, but I feel it is totally worth it!

This is a great extra bed which does not take up much space. I have had foldable beds in the past and this is a thousand times better. The base is solid and sturdy where some are just springs holding some canvas together. This is pretty comfortable on the firm side, I just swapped it over the softer side to see the difference. It's amazing that there is a choice. It was easy enough to put together and it wheels around easily.
Customer service is fantastic.

About the only drawback to this bed is that it only folds in half and one needs a decent amount of space to store it (we bought the cover and rolled it into the garage). That said, the mattress is comfortable, the bed's height easier on the knees than an inflatable mattress, and the overall size good enough that an average-sized guest won't fear falling off if they turn over. As I said, it also comes on rollers, so if you have a large closet, it's very easy to put away when no longer needed. Wish we'd bought it sooner.

I've had inflatable beds that didn't hold up in the long run. This bed was easy assembly. Easy to fold up and store. Super sturdy but light weight. The height is good, and my first guest said that it is "ridiculously comfortable."

Wow. I did not expect this bed to be as good as it is. Setup was generally straightforward and the mattress at first doesn’t look like much to write home about— until you sleep on it. Why is it so COMFORTABLE? It’s literally more comfortable than my $1,500 mattress from Raymour and Flanigan. We have had it for about 3 months now and she’s still going strong. No indentations of body prints, no back pain in the morning, no broken parts (the metal is very sturdy and well built), or creaking sounds from too much weight.

It is an EXCELLENT choice if you’re looking for a high quality guest bed.

I don’t write reviews, this product deserves one. A complete bed delivered in a box, this is a no brainer. The bed frame is solid, putting it together was simple and easy with two tools included. Bed rolls easily about and compact design for overnight guests. Super comfortable. I wish the mattress was 2 inches thicker, will add a mattress topper eventually. I’m just a girl :P I am thrilled with the delivery of this product, assembly, to final set up and product. Buy this bed!

I’ve had this bed a couple of months now and have slept a few full nights on it. It’s a little on the firmer side, but still Ok. I use it mainly for quick pick me up naps and it’s really good for that purpose. It was easy to assemble, the mattress fit the frame and it’s easy to fold up and move around. I like that it’s a full twin size, thus the bedding fits nicely. It also shipped and arrived much faster than the original estimate, which was nice.

I ordered a twin-size bed. It is a beautiful, comfortable bed but the mattress was a bit short for the frame. I left it unfolded for 2 days, per the instructions that were included in the box, to no avail. I contacted the vendor and the only two options they provided was a return for a full refund or a 40% discount. I had a guest coming within a week so I didn't want to return the bed. I took the discount and it was refunded to my credit card within two days. The bed is very comfortable, easy to assemble and doesn't take up a lot of space when folded.
