Poor quality. Don't hug chair legs. Grip the floor, chair must be picked up to move. I bought large quantity and am stuck with them, not returnable. Bought more expensive ones in hope they would be high quality. NOT. They will refund me 20%. Unhappy customer. Would leave no stars if possible.

This was way too high a price to pay for a useless product. It took several weeks for the four cheaply made silicon cups to arrive from China. (I failed to determine origin of product shipment before placing the order so my bad!) The cups were touted as a product designed to fit over the legs of a dining chair to prevent scratches on floor. Buyer beware! They do prevent scratches by essentially sticking the chair to the floor and preventing the user the ability to slide chair for ease of use getting in and out. If you have to lift the chair, especially if you are a small child or elderly, you might as well nail the chair to the floor to prevent scratches! Marketing a product that prevents floor damage is a great idea, but when the product also makes it extremely difficult to use the chair, customers need to be warned to steer clear of this product. Lesson learned! Maybe they need to redesign product for the legs of furniture that must remain stationary, such as a sectional sofa placed on hardwood or tile.

This product didn't work the way I saw it work on the add ie sliding on wood floors, so I tried to return it. When I purchase an item and it doesn't work the way I need it to work, I should be able to return it for a full refund. This company merely told me that they did not say that it would slide in the description so they wouldn't accept a return. Do not purchase this item unless you intend to keep what doesn't work for you!

Make sure you know that there are only 4 caps. The are too big for my dining room chair legs and too small for my living room legs. They do not glide at all on wood floor and they peel off on carpet. Basically, I tossed them and will try another brand.
