Things I like about this couch from the first week of having it!
1. Very comfortable. Because it has springs and memory foam like a bed, it's very comfortable.
2. Oversized arm rests! Ideal for resting your arm with your ipad. Our dog also loves to sit on the arms.
3. No "cracks in the couch". We used to lose things in the couch all the time. This is seamless and there are no removable cushions so no "cracks" to lose stuff in.
4. Soft fabric! Feels very soft but also seems durable.
5. No "legs". It sits right on the ground so it's very stable. We got rid of our last couch because of a broken leg/frame. Won't have that problem with this one!
Cons (room for improvement)
1. It was marketed as a three seater and could fit three ppl if they were smaller people. A lot of the length is the wide arm rests so the actual length of the sitting portion is a bit snug. I'm 5'9" and I cannot lay down on this with my legs extended. I would like and even longer version!
2. Back headrest height. It's a bit short in the back our dog loves it but it provides no head rest to someone sitting in it.
Exactly as described. Two people can sit comfortably. Looks just like the photos. Firm, fluffed up in 30 mins. Doesn't slide around on carpet. Fair price. Would highly recommend to a minimalist, for a young persons room, spare room, someone with a small living room. Also, doesn't bang up doorways moving in or out!
I had pretty low expectations - just really wanted the sofa and loveseat to fill up the living room without breaking the bank. Went in with a few "musts": 1) no feet - I'm tired of moving the couch to pick up dog toys and balls. 2) easy to move in and out of the house - I used to move a good bit and got tired of lugging around big, bulky sofas. 3) wide arms, rigid structure, and comfortable - this was what I was most worried about these couches and they are EXACTLY as described and exceeded expectations.
They do look... economical, but if you have pets you're probably putting blankets/protectors over them anyway. For the cost, ease of setup, and "checking my boxes" it was fantastic. The couches are extremely comfortable, don't slide around easily on the floor, and have a very deep seat depth. My golden retrievers love them and it checks all the boxes for comfort, durability, and cost. Highly recommend to anyone in similar circumstances with similar requirements as mine.
Packaging was fantastic and minimal - took about a day for everything to expand to the full size.
I absolutely love this little couch. It is good quality, nice material, comfortable, and came in a pretty small box. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a small space solution for seating.
Not sure why there aren't more reviews, this thing is amazing! It's nice and firm so you don't feel like you're sitting on a beanbag. Extremely comfortable and looks great in my office. One of my favorite purchases of the year.
This thing is super comfortable. The corduroy and soft and the seat depth is pretty deep.
This review is my initial impressions, as we just received it the other day. I will update in the future if anything changes.
It comes rolled up in a box, just like a memory foam mattress. It weighs about 75lbs, so you may or may not need a helper.
There is a lot of plastic wrap to remove before you can lay out your flattened couch. It comes with a safety cutter so you don't cut the fabric while opening.
It would have been nice if the front and back were marked on the packaging because it wasn't and when we opened it, it was backwards from how we wanted it and needed to do a quick flip while it was expanding.
It does puff up about 95% immediately, but will take some time to finish filling out. The warmer your house is, the better for this.
You can get out any remaining wrinkles in the fabric with a handheld garment steamer. My photo was right after set up, but most of the wrinkles were gone in 24 hours.
Couch is comfy and easy to move around. Cons are it sheds a little in the beginning, and the back support is very short. If you’re tall, this is not a lounging couch unless you get a matching ottoman and have a lumbar pillow for back support. This isn’t my forever couch in my forever home so these things don’t bother me much. I just needed an inexpensive couch that did not require assembly.
I’ll start off with a slight ‘Con’; it does seat lower to the ground. That is something to keep in mind if it bothers you.
The color is exactly as imaged! Very comfortable. It is one big sofa after all. It’s one piece. It’s cat approved! Worth the money in my opinion.
