The couch came in a timely manner and all 3 packages arrived together (I don't know why I assumed that the shipping disclosure implied they would come in on differeng days). It's very easy to assemble once all the pieces are unpacked and organized. The one thing that I don't like is that the back cushions do not have velcro so they fall forward easily. I will be buying velco strips to fix that. Overall, the couch looks just like the picture and is stunning. It's fairly comfortable to sit on as is but I already ordered additional polyfill before it came in. I'm loving it as a new addition to my living room and look forward to many memories!

This sectional is actually pretty good for the price point.. it’s sturdy, nice color, pretty good size and comfortable enough.. it’s not plush by any means and I’m glad I read other reviews and ordered a bag of poly fil to stuff the back pillows because they are literally flat, but adding poly fil helped a ton. They are plush enough now to support someone leaning on them. Assembly was easy enough even tho they only send the asian style instructions that have a picture and you figure out what they mean by it.. it must drive the cost up tremendously for companies to actually print words on the paper because just about every item I bought for my son’s new apartment that had to be assembled did not have written instructions, just pictures with numbers and arrows. That’s annoying but this couch in particular wasn’t hard to assemble, took about an hour and a half from boxes open to boxes in trash. It comes in 3 separate boxes with all items vacuum sealed inside, I ordered it on the 19th and it wasn’t supposed to arrive until between the 23rd and 26th but it came on the 21st. I recommend it for a starter piece or young adult just starting out.

 I had second thoughts about this couch… but it’s honestly pretty decent for the price I paid! It is comfortable, I am waiting 72 hours to see if I need to buy couch stuffing. The pillows are thin, but I am waiting. The size is good as well. I’m 5’4, my fiancé is 6’1 and we sit pretty comfortable. It’s low and the back is low as well but not complaining. The color is beautiful! Very good quality as well, not cheap I can tell you that. Very easy to assemble! They give you everything you need, except scissors - you need that to cut the pieces out. I will come back once the couch is fully inflated to show you how it looks. I recommend to buy for a small apartment of 3. It’s me, my finance, and a toddler.

Took forever to arrive. Arrives in 3 pieces, yes, but the pieces just arrive whenever. After the first piece delivers, Amazon marks it as delivered, so you have to track it at your own discretion. (Can request the tracking number from Furmax, but heads up - they are very short with customers.) So despite PAYING for the shipping, it's not guaranteed. Then after finally receiving all 3 boxes, I found that there was also NO hardware included. I had to clear a path in my living room because I had couch pieces everywhere for days while waiting for the hardware. Upon contacting customer service again for a remedy - they responded within 24 hours, however, they were very short and rude. Then after getting the couch together, you will quickly find that the arms and back cushions are barely filled. So I bought 5 lbs of polyfil to fix that. The velcro on the bottom is pointless - the cushions just slide apart when you sit down. (I weigh a buck fifty and I sit gently, they just slide really easy.) Same with the back cushions; you will be fighting them every time you sit down if you don't find a way to secure them. I haven't yet. I bought some industrial strength velcro to hold them together and they still don't stay so I will be investing more money to fix that issue as well. So as far as quality this couch is a hard EH. But it is a comfortable fabric and it is visually appealing. Overall, I'd just say don't sink money into buying it unless you have time for projects, lots of patience and more money to throw at it. I've hardly ever left a bad review but this purchase is been disappointing and frustrating all around. The couch is cheap but it's not THAT cheap. The manufacturer could easily do better in many areas with this product and the customer service just isn't there.

We bought this couch to replace our smaller couch, and while it is soft, and roomy, big enough to fit our family of four, the pillows for the back rest are not at all fluffy or comfortable without using another small pillow for back support. The pictures are kind of misleading and I feel that’s important to consider. It had been 2 days since we put this couch together and the pillows have not fluffed out hardly at all.

It's comfortable, easy to assemble and will be easy to take apart when I move. It is sturdy, no wobbles. I'm 5'5 and 135lbs and I set it up alone. I love the color and it's been easy to clean. I use a brush to get any dirt or marks that I make. I also love that I will be able to change the couch pillows to fit the seasons and themes of the year.

Maybe add more pillows for back support as well but fine for me personally!

The only thing that was a bummer was that the packages didn't arrive all at once, one came a week late. And the weird part was it said my order was delivered and complete but I had a package missing. If that happens, give it a week or so before reaching out. Still 5 stars because it's not a product issue, just delivery.

I based this off of what I received vs what I paid and I think it's reasonably priced. Do I think it's super comfortable? Not the best, but I expected that with the cost. My teen can fall asleep on it, so teen approved. The pillows are more comfortable when you angle them, but they eventually scoot all the way back. We have a small townhome and it fits so it sits because I would not have had a large enough vehicle to return. LOL It's getting the job done so we're keeping it. 2 different light settings in the photos.
