This sectional will absolutely impress you beyond your imagination! The value, quality is exceptional and ease to put together even better. I am a petite lady and did it all by myself in less than an hour minus the connection of both large pieces. I had my boyfriend do as it was less awkward and needed 2 people to flip the entire unit over. It’s fabric is great durable quality - cushions firm and comfortable- depth and height is normal not like the doll looking furniture some places sell. Just buy it you won’t be disappointed.

I love this couch! I have a small living room and this fits perfectly. It was so easy to put together. It is suede which I didn’t realize but I love it and makes the couch very soft. It is firm but I am sure once it’s broken into it will be more squishy. Good price as well!

This couch was so easy to put together, maybe only 45 minutes for my husband and me to do together. It’s super soft and comfy as well. I like how the chaise can go on either side of the couch, that’ll be helpful if we need to move in the future and change spaces. I also like how “light” it is so that it can easily be moved on hard wood to clean behind. As others have mentioned, the couch is firm, but I think it needs a few long sits. I wish the back cushions would Velcro, but this’ll make cleaning easier.

Beautiful couch. Exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable. Has storage ottoman. Easy to assemble. One can comfortably sleep on it. It’s very wide. I’m happy with this purchase.

Couch came just as promised although I didn’t know they would ship the last box a different day but once I received the last box I was able to put it all together and it came out so perfect, you guys should definitely recommend buying it’s definitely cozy and worth the price!!!!

I like the color and the size and how easy it was to put together.
What I don’t like is the back cushions are very thin (3” ) when you sit back on cushions you feel the frame of the couch.
The only reason why I didn’t send it back was because of how much trouble it would be for me at 77 years old to return it.
I read a lot of reviews on this couch 4.2 that’s the only reason why I bought it.

First off, the couch arrived damaged and only part of it arrived. The box and the couch were damaged in the process. Since the boxes were in such bad shape, I tore them up and put them in the recycling. Then the last box finally arrived and, with it, came instructions saying returns would not be accepted except in the original boxes. Of course, I didn't have that warning until I'd already destroyed the other boxes. I still don't have a replacement for the part that arrived damaged, but I put half of the couch together and it is the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat in. The back to the couch only comes up to the mid-back (beneath the shoulder blades). The cushions that go on the back are so thin, they are almost non-existent. So you have this hard piece of wood in the middle of your back. It's actually painful to sit in. The seat cushions are so hard, my butt was sore after only 1 hour of sitting in it. I was constantly shifting around trying to get comfortable sitting in this dreck of a couch, but never could. Now, of course, I want to return it since the page says the couch can be returned, but they refuse to accept the return because the couch cannot be returned in its original packaging. However, NO ONE WILL EVER BE ABLE TO RETURN THE COUCH IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE SELLER KNOWS IT. This is the reason no one could possibly return the couch in the original packaging:
1. Parts of the couch come vacuum-sealed so they will fit in the packaging and it says you have to wait 48 hours for those parts to fully expand, so you wait for them to expand before trying out the couch and presto! They no longer fit in the packaging and you can't return it. This fraud of a company knows it.
2. They deliberately only send you part of the couch, so you open those parts and realize that you are missing parts. Then they send you the missing parts that also happen to have the warning that you can't return the couch except in the original packaging (which is already destroyed from opening the first two boxes that arrived).
3. The boxes are so tightly packed that it is impossible to open the packaging without destroying the boxes (of course, my boxes were destroyed during the shipping process).

Now, I have to file a complaint with Amazon and probably bring suit against the fraud of a company that is selling this couch. Even then, it is likely that the company is in China and I'll never see my money again. Believe me, you do not want this headache. Get a different couch.

Any reviews that say this couch is comfortable HAVE to be fake. I can't even imagine a more uncomfortable couch. Also, be aware that due to the seller's policies, it is likely that you won't be able to return this couch. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and look elsewhere.

I was very impressed with this sofa. For the price I was expecting it to be really cheap. Once it's all put together it feels solid. I'm very happy.
